An independent advisory practice based in Sydney, working across the ANZ market. We sit between the boardroom and the build, helping organisations make better decisions about enterprise technology, and helping technology vendors tell a sharper story to the market.
Our Mission
Enterprise transformation has a translation problem. Business leaders describe outcomes. Technology teams describe systems. The gap between those two conversations is where most programs lose their way. We exist to close it.

Why 36ARC?
“36” comes from the Hindi phrase Chhattis ka Aankda — it describes two things that don’t align. In organisations, that’s the perpetual divide between business strategy and technology delivery. Different languages, different priorities, rarely in sync.
The Arc is the bridge. It connects what would otherwise stay separated.
The name is also a nod to Douglas Engelbart’s Augmentation Research Center — the original ARC — where the idea that technology exists to amplify human capability was first proven in 1968. That principle still holds.
36ARC is built around a career spent on both sides of that divide — working with executives shaping strategy and delivery teams building systems. The firm exists because the founder saw the same pattern everywhere: transformation fails when intent and execution don’t meet.
We bridge that gap.
